Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a capable QA professional in Bengaluru to lead testing efforts for data and analytics projects. You will conduct manual and automated testing of web services and APIs, with a strong emphasis on Playwright and REST/SOAP testing.

The role requires collaboration with product designers and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of testing experience, is proficient in Playwright, and familiar with AWS technologies.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of overall testing experience.
• Hands-on testing of Web Services / APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL).
• Playwright is mandatory; Selenium knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

• Responsible for overall delivery of Quality Assurance Services.
• Plan and complete testing documents.
• Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
• Conduct analysis checks on product specifications.
• Work with other application owners and testers for code integration.
• Work with business stakeholders and lead the Production deployment process.
• Create Quality Assurance reports.
• Design efficient & reusable scripts in Selenium for automated tests.
• Playwright (mandatory). Selenium (good to have).
• Hands‑on experience testing Web Services / APIs (REST, SOAP, and WSDL) and respective automation.
• Provide impact analysis and regression testing of software changes.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies and products.
