Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, focusing on SAP/SuccessFactors module testing. You will perform various testing types, collaborate with clients, and contribute to ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The candidate should have strong testing concepts, Agile Scrum exposure, and experience with project/test management tools like JIRA, ADO, and qTest to support rapid, reliable software engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong in Testing concepts, Functional Testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Testing process, Status reporting.
• Quick learner, who can understand the functionality and adapt quickly.
• Agile Scrum experience where they have worked with client directly.
• Worked on different Project/Test management tools like JIRA/ADO/qTest/etc.
• Good in communication and presentation skills
• HXM experience or knowledge is highly preferred.
