Job description:

Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to prepare test cases and perform testing of the product/platform/solution to be deployed at a client end and ensure it meets 100% quality assurance parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding test requirements and designing test cases: Authoring test plans based on business requirements, implementing Wipro's testing methodologies, peer reviewing test cases to minimize rework, collaborating with development teams, setting testing scope, and participating in UAT. Automating test processes using VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation.
• Designing and executing automation frameworks: Developing and automating tests, managing defect reports, ensuring defect resolution, tracking test progress, and reporting via dashboards. Providing usability feedback and reporting quality risks.
• Status Reporting and Customer Interaction: Maintaining quality communication with customers, ensuring timely delivery of test reports and dashboards, updating project trackers, and responding promptly to customer requests to avoid complaints.

Performance Parameters:

• Understanding test requirements and designing error-free testing solutions with minimum process exceptions and 100% SLA compliance. Automation using VB macros.
• Executing test cases efficiently, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, troubleshooting within TAT, and achieving high CSAT scores.
