Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced UAT Tester to shape the UAT strategy, craft test scenarios and cases from business requirements, and execute tests in Agile/Waterfall environments. The role emphasizes rigorous test execution and clear result communication.

You will own test results, liaise with SMEs and project teams, and use test automation knowledge to prep and review outcomes. Five to eight years in banking domain testing is preferred.

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy and creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements . The UAT tester is also responsible for execution of the test cases in Agile/ Waterfall method and communicating the test results to internal and external stakeholders and to maintain direct relationships with SMEs and project teams.

The UAT tester is also responsible for execution of the test cases in Agile/ Waterfall method and communicating the test results to internal and external stakeholders and to maintain direct relationships with SMEs and project teams.

Candidate should also have knowledge of test automation and the ability to prepare/review test results and ownership of completing the tasks assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years’ experience in a Tester role testing in an Waterfall/Agile team in Corporate Banking domain.
• Proficiency with related Project tools including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC etc.
• Experience with Global Transaction Banking products and Platforms is a MUST.
• Experience with Cash products such as full Payments domain, Liquidity, T24, Swift, Recon process and Statements etc for International location experience
• ISO20022 experience a must
• Advantage to have H2H and Liquidity management experience
• SEPA experience an advantage
• MT101 is a must
• Must have experience with local clearing mechanisms in Oman, Bahrain, France, UK, India and Kuwait
• Transaction Fraud Monitoring will be an advantage
• Good understanding of the internal structure of corporate banking and cross departmental co-operation and communication, incl. knowledge of stakeholder and other external parties/customers/suppliers.
• Experience working in both waterfall and agile environment is preferred.
• Experience of testing end-to-end systems
• Detail oriented, analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Ability to coordinate complex tasks and extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
