Qualifications

• Experience in software testing or requirement documentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with control valve industry concepts and Fluid Mechanics is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Functional Testing: Test the valve sizing software (Quick Config) from a user and functional perspective to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with industry standards.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with the product team to understand business and technical requirements.
• Documentation: Translate test findings and product requirements into clear, structured documentation for developers.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between product managers and the development team, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
• Collaboration: Work with UI developers and cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements into the tool and improve user adoption.
• Continuous Learning: Quickly grasp new concepts, industry practices, and software features to provide effective testing and feedback.
• Support & Feedback: Provide insights to improve usability and performance and support the technical manager in tool development and enhancement.
