Kumaran Systems is seeking a Senior Test Automation professional with 5-7 years of Quality Engineering experience. Expertise in Playwright, Java, and Python, plus hands-on AI-enabled automation, is required.

You will design scalable automation frameworks, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to AI-driven testing capabilities. The role emphasizes building reusable frameworks, collaborating with DevOps, and advancing automated test data generation and failure analysis.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of QA/Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Java, and Python.
• Experience with TestNG/PyTest, API automation (REST Assured/Postman), Git, Maven, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude, or similar.
• Experience building reusable automation frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement AI-enabled automation capabilities such as script generation, self-healing, intelligent test data generation, and failure analysis.
