Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is recruiting for an after-sales service professional in Pune District to manage 2-wheeler service quality, CSI/NPS improvement and BS6 standards compliance.

You will train dealer teams, analyze complaints and drive service inflow via camps and AMC programs, while monitoring process compliance and dealer profitability, with ongoing product feedback to OEM.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
• PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization

Responsibilities

• Handle after-sales service for 2-wheelers and ensure BS6 service standards.
• Train dealer teams and analyze customer complaints to improve CSI/NPS.
• Boost service inflow through service camps and AMC programs while ensuring process compliance.
