Job summary

Waasle Laundry Private Limited is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive franchise sales across Mizoram in a fully remote role. You will identify and onboard franchise partners, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing to ensure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive franchise sales and achieve monthly territory sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchise partners.
• Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Conduct virtual presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospects.
• Support franchise partners with business setup, operational guidance, and growth strategies.
• Monitor territory performance and recommend initiatives to improve revenue and market penetration.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for franchise launches.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Ensure franchise partners follow Waasle Laundry's standards and brand guidelines.
