B. Braun Group in Mumbai is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales for healthcare products and manage territorial distribution. You will meet customers, report activities, and contribute to market growth while adhering to company guidelines.

The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare sales experience, Graduation is a must, and Pharmacy/Science backgrounds are preferred. An added management qualification is advantageous, with incentives and growth opportunities on offer.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharmacy, with Medical Device preference.
• Graduation is mandatory in science-based fields; postgraduate management qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive territorial sales and achieve defined sales targets.
• Develop and maintain distributor network; ensure market share growth.
• Engage customers, hospitals, and clinics per assigned list; maintain call averages and coverage.
• Conduct product and therapy related activities per marketing guidelines.
• Report daily calls and sales activities in internal portals.
• Build a strong KOL base and gather market insights.

As a Territory Sales Executive at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.

Key Responsibilities

• To look after the territorial sales in terms of all aspects including achieving sales targets in terms of Values, Units , SBA (Applicable for Cluster 2) & managing the territorial distribution network.
• Achieving desired market shares in defined area
• Meeting customers as per customer list and reaching required call average , coverage & compliance.
• Conduct product, therapy related activities as per company marketing guidelines.
• Responsible for establishing strong customer base for company products.
• Generating demand from the customers, hospitals.
• Driving company strategies.
• Report daily calls and other effort parameters as defined as per the company guidelines in Company internal portal
• Enhancement of product knowledge through trainings and self learnings.
• Collecting monthly stock and sales statements of the dealers and reporting sales in Company internal portal with utmost accuracy.
• Monthly uploading of Secondary data in Company internal portal ( Applicable only for ORS Business).
• Regular Updates on MCL ( Must to See Customer List) in company internal portals.
• Develop strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) base
• Monthly Quarterly update of database of customers
• Understanding the market, the customer and the competition, gather insights from the market place.
• Reporting Lead Generation in company internal portal as per BU Norms

• Graduation is a MUST.
• Experience: 2-3 ears of preferable sales experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharmacy , most preferred being Medical Device industry.
