Job summary

Join our Chengalpet Plant in Tamil Nadu near Chennai as an Officer - Maintenance. You will ensure uninterrupted power, utilities and sterilization support for our manufacturing operations, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging, printing and sealing machines, plus facility infrastructure.

You will monitor performance, keep maintenance records and spare stock, and uphold safety standards including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 while collaborating with internal teams and vendors

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE required with 2 to 5 years of experience in plant maintenance.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with expertise in electrical systems, utilities, and production equipment maintenance.
• Good communication, teamwork, and safety awareness, with a commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted power, utilities, and sterilization support for plant operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, including packaging, printing, and sealing machines, as well as facility infrastructure.
