Job summary

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee contracts, orders, and customer relations within the assigned Indian territory. You will coordinate with legal, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate orders, timely shipments, and compliant documentation.

The role requires 4–6+ years of experience, strong customer service skills, and a proactive ownership mindset to drive timely and precise outcomes while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any field is mandatory.
  • Minimum Work Experience: 4+ / 6+ years of experience.
  • Functional Skills: Billing Inquiries, Client Onboarding, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Order Processing, Product Recall, Contract Management.
  • Resident Skills: Compliance Management, Customer Service Management, Digital Literacy, Lean Methodologies, Product Knowledge.
  • Behavioural Skills: Ownership mindset – Takes initiative and accountability for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant outcomes.
  • Behavioural Skills: Collaboration – Works effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
  • Behavioural Skills: Attention to detail – Ensures precision in contract handling, order processing, and documentation management.
  • Critical Exposures: Experience in customer interactions via email, phone, or web communication channels is desired.
  • Exposure to order processing, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with supply chain or distribution teams, is preferred.
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining records related to customer interactions is desired.
  • Exposure to payment follow-up processes as part of customer communication is preferred.
  • For UK/Germany Roles: Exposure to technical product query resolution and end-to-end customer claims processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts in coordination with the legal team.
  • Monitor and maintain custody of all executed contracts and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle—from receipt and PO acknowledgment to issuing Proforma Invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain order execution approvals and prepare post-approval OPD checklists.
  • Follow up with logistics for shipping documents and dispatch details; ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage customer and agent commission debit notes, including payment realization and records.
  • Handle sample requests and complaints; coordinate with QC and Sales for dispatch and resolution.
  • Review receivable status and customer credit limits; generate reports and escalate delays.

Roles & Responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts in coordination with the legal team, ensuring timely closure both internally and externally.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining custody of all executed contracts, ensuring documentation completeness and accessibility.

  • You will be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle—from receipt and PO acknowledgment to issuing Proforma Invoices—while verifying all commercial details such as quantity, price, specifications, and payment terms.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to obtain order execution approvals and preparing post-approval checklists for Order Process Document (OPD) generation.

  • You will be responsible for following up with logistics for shipping documents and dispatch details, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.

  • You will be responsible for managing customer and agent commission debit notes, including payment realization, provisioning, and record maintenance.

  • You will be responsible for handling sample requests and complaints, coordinating with Quality Control and Sales teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolution.

  • You will be responsible for reviewing receivable status and customer credit limits, generating reports, and escalating potential delays or issues to management for timely intervention.
