Job summary

Bwise Solutions in India is seeking a Partner Office Manager (Agency Channel) to recruit and develop Franchisee/Partner Offices across Bangalore, Chennai and Kochi. You will build and manage Agency Partners and drive life insurance sales and business growth as an Individual Contributor.

The role requires 3–8 years in Life Insurance Agency/Variable Agency Channel, with proven ability to handle a business volume of 40–50 Lakhs, and experience in Agency/APC Channel. CTC up to 8-9 LPA.
