Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop employees within the assigned territory to achieve service and operational objectives.
• Manage territory operations to ensure effective delivery of on-site services and achievement of customer SLAs.
• Drive territory performance across service delivery, customer satisfaction, efficiency, people development, costs, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor SLA performance, identify misses and escalations, and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and manage service issues and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain the existing maintenance base and identify opportunities for additional contract maintenance and ancillary revenue.
• Manage operating expenses, resources, and assets; promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
