NCR Atleos in India is seeking a results-driven Territory Operations Manager to lead service delivery across a multi-location client base. You will coach teams, manage on-site field operations, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements to customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, optimize resources, control costs, and travel within the territory as required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in field service, operations, or customer service management.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams across locations.
• Strong understanding of SLA management, customer escalations, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Strong customer relationship, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good commercial understanding including cost management, operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.

• Monitor SLA performance, analyze missed targets and recurring escalations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and effectively manage service issues, escalations, and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain the existing maintenance base and identify opportunities for additional contract maintenance, ancillary sales, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Manage operating expenses, resources, and assigned assets effectively.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline; relevant professional experience may also be considered.
• Proven experience in field service, technical service, operations, or customer service management.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, preferably across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of SLA management, customer escalations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Strong customer relationship, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good commercial understanding, including cost management, operational efficiency, and revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make timely decisions in a fast-paced field-service environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
