Job summary

Livlong 365 is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive Gold Loan business across the assigned territory in India. You will lead a 15-25 member team of branch managers and gold appraisal staff, ensuring valuation accuracy, compliance, and favorable risk metrics.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years total experience with minimum 3+ years in Gold Loan.
• Led a team of at least 10 members.
• Strong knowledge of Gold Loan operations, gold appraisal, KYC and risk.
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive Gold Loan business for the territory to achieve disbursement, AUM and profitability targets.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Branch Managers / gold appraisal staff (15-25 members).
• Branch expansion, team hiring, training and productivity improvement.
• Ensure gold valuation, purity checking, process compliance and audit adherence.
• Control delinquency, manage auction process and maintain portfolio quality.
• Liaise with local banks, valuers, and internal risk/credit/ops teams.
• Market intelligence, competitor analysis and new customer acquisition strategy.
• Ensure 100% compliance as per RBI & company policies for Gold Loan.
