Livspace is hiring a Territory Manager in Gurugram to oversee residential interior projects from planning to delivery, coordinating design and site teams, vendors, and clients. The role emphasizes project governance, risk management, and quality assurance in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates hold architecture/interior design qualifications with 5+ years of experience in residential, retail, or office interiors, and possess strong communication and vendor-management skills to ensure

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design; PG in Project/Construction Management (preferred from Tier 1 institutes).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction / interior fit-outs.
• Strong project management skills with a process-driven approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience managing residential, retail, and office interior projects.
• Good understanding of trades, vendors, and subcontractors in interior fit-outs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
