Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue and relationships across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. You will manage assigned accounts, develop GTM plans, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to maximize PDx opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales, strong influencing and presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceutical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and order volumes at target prices within assigned accounts across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
  • Build customer relationships, develop business strategies, and maximize opportunities for all PDx products, services, and solutions within the territory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the allocated accounts and provide ongoing feedback to management, product teams, services, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement Go-to-Market plans in collaboration with cross-functional and multi-product teams to achieve business objectives through proposals, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Increase GE HealthCare's share of customer investments in both capital and operational expenditures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent, high-quality interactions with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive PDx marketing events in the region, with a focus on KOL engagement.
  • Understand customer segmentation and position relevant product benefits for each customer segment.
  • Collaborate with GE HealthCare teams across assigned accounts to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Adhere to all GE HealthCare policies, procedures, and operating mechanisms, and proactively support organizational initiatives as directed by management.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to enhance clinical differentiation and competitive positioning in the market.
  • Manage assigned accounts and account groups, primarily across North India.
  • Plan and execute seminars, meetings, and educational events for technical teams and key decision-makers within customer accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, integrity, and company policies at all times.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish clear responsibilities, role clarity, and alignment through strategic discussions for large account groups.
  • Drive account potential mapping and position the core imaging product portfolio to increase GE HealthCare's revenue share and profitability.
  • Create and execute annual engagement plans for strategic accounts to strengthen customer mindshare and relationships.
