Job summary

Mahindra First Choice (MFC) is seeking a Territory Executive (Pricing & QC) to deliver accurate, market-aligned vehicle pricing across PAN India while ensuring high-quality inspections and valuation standards. You will research market trends, update pricing databases, and coordinate with operations and pricing teams.

The role requires 3-10 years of experience in vehicle pricing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• In-depth research on used car market trends, pricing behavior, and demand dynamics.
• Monitor fluctuations in vehicle values by seasonality, geography, and competition.
• Maintain a centralized vehicle pricing database across categories/locations.
• Cross-verify valuation with industry benchmarks and internal de-duplication logic.
• Review, adjust pricing models based on market demand and regional performance.
• Generate periodic pricing and quality reports with insights and opportunities.
• Present pricing insights and recommendations to SHs and ZHs for strategic decisions.
• Review vehicle inspection/valuation reports to ensure quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies in inspection data and valuation logic; coordinate corrections.
• Develop and refine quality benchmarks for vehicle inspections.
• Provide coaching and training to field/inspection teams to improve accuracy.

• Conduct in-depth research on used car market trends, supply–demand dynamics, and pricing behavior.
• Monitor fluctuations in vehicle values based on seasonality, geography, competition, and customer preferences.
• Maintain and regularly update a centralized vehicle pricing database across categories and locations.
• Cross-verify valuation prices with industry benchmarks (IBB, other pricing grids) and internal de-duplication logic.
• Review, analyze, and adjust pricing models in line with market demand, competition, and regional performance.
• Generate periodic pricing and quality reports highlighting performance, gaps, and opportunities.
• Present pricing insights, quality findings, and recommendations to SHs and ZHs for strategic decisions.
• Review vehicle inspection and valuation reports to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies in inspection data, images, videos, or valuation logic and coordinate corrections with teams.
• Double-check critical inspection parameters with emphasis on visual evidence (images and videos).
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine quality benchmarks for vehicle inspections.
• Provide structured feedback, coaching, and training to field and inspection teams to improve accuracy.
• Address internal and external queries related to vehicle pricing, valuation logic, and inspection quality.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Market, and Pricing teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to understand real-time market values and pricing movements.
• Track industry trends, practices, and benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
