Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years in credit underwriting / risk management.
• Experience in leading credit teams at a regional or territory level.
• Strong understanding of institutional financials, cash-flow analysis, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit underwriting and risk management for the territory.
• Drive growth and performance of credit portfolio in the region.
• Mentor and manage credit teams; ensure timely, accurate risk decisions.
• Engage stakeholders and senior management to frame risk appetite and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk controls.
