Auxilo Finserve Private Limited is seeking a Customer Experience Manager - EIL to drive education institution lending partnerships across schools, colleges, and universities. You will build and manage B2B relationships while assessing credit basics and expanding market presence in the assigned geography.

Strong communication, presentation and networking skills are essential; willingness to travel for institution visits, audits and ongoing relationship management is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Education Institution Lending – Schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management.
• Knowledge of credit basics – financial ratios, bank statements, P&L, balance sheet understanding.
• Market mapping & territory knowledge within assigned geography.
• Excellent communication, presentation & networking skills.
• Comfortable with travel for institution visits, audits, and relationship management.
