Job summary

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Shillong region of Meghalaya, India. You will drive sales across multiple therapies, generate prescriptions, and build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists while promoting Abbott’s products according to strategy.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharma sales, strong communication and analytical abilities, and a track record of meeting territory targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience in pharma.
• Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may apply.
• Prior experience in same therapy is advantageous; candidates from MNC or top Indian pharma companies will have an edge.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets.
• Carry out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
• Report field work daily on the assigned online system.
• Meet call averages, coverage, and frequency norms for the division.

Core Job Responsibilities

Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share

Promote the Division’s products as per strategy

Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)

Experience/Training Required

1. 2+ Yrs of experience
