Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Pune, India is seeking a Tender Marketing professional with strong knowledge of power sector components and foundry products. The role focuses on marketing technical products and managing Government & PSU tenders from identification to order execution.

You will coordinate with engineering, production and commercial teams, read engineering drawings, and navigate Gem and other e-procurement portals to submit competitive tenders.

Qualifications

• Tender marketing experience in power sector projects and foundry products.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Familiar with Government and PSU tenders and e-procurement portals.

Responsibilities

• Marketing of power plant components and foundry products.
• Identify & manage Government/PSU tenders (NIT, BOQ, Technical Specs).
• Check technical compliance and eligibility of products.
• Prepare and submit tenders on Gem & other e-procurement portals.
• Coordinate with engineering, production & commercial teams.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage technical queries.
• Track tenders till LOA / Purchase Order and support execution.
