Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a marketing professional to promote power plant components and manage government tenders from identification to order.

The role involves reading technical specs, coordinating with engineering and commercial teams, and submitting tenders via Gem and other portals.

Knowledge of GeM and government procurement processes is desirable to effectively navigate tenders and LOA/purchase order phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing technical products in power sector.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with online tender portals such as GeM and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Marketing of power plant components and foundry products.
• Identify & manage Government/PSU tenders (NIT, BOQ, Technical Specs).
• Check technical compliance and eligibility of products.
• Prepare and submit tenders on Gem & other e-procurement portals.
• Coordinate with engineering, production & commercial teams.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage technical queries.
• Track tenders till LOA / Purchase Order and support execution.
