Job summary

Luxoft seeks a Temenos infrastructure Lead in Bengaluru, India, to design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines across onPrem and some cloud. You will work with development, QA, security, and operations to ensure reliable, secure software delivery.

You will containerize with Docker, manage Kubernetes clusters, and develop automation scripts in Shell, Groovy, and Python, while enforcing observability with Prometheus and ELK/OpenTelemetry.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Application Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Middleware Administration, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and best practices.
• Manage and optimize source code repositories (Git), including branching and merge strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based, etc.).
• Configure and maintain build and dependency management using Maven (or similar tools).
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Groovy, and Python for build, deployment, and operational tasks.
• Implement and support observability solutions using Prometheus, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with release management teams to plan, coordinate, and execute application releases across environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in build, deployment, and production environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of release processes, toolchains, and operational runbooks.

We are looking for a Temenos infrastructure Lead with strong experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and onPrem & some cloud, containerization, Kubernatives on T24/Temenos landscape. The role involves working closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and observable software delivery.

SKILLS

Must have

• 6–9 years of experience in Application Support, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Middleware Administration, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment.
• Strong experience in Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD Pipelines, Release
• Management, and Ansible Playbook Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes including:o Deployments, Services, Ingresso Helm Chartso PVC/Persistent Storageo RBAC & Namespace Managemento Pod Affinity/Anti-Affinityo Container & Platform Troubleshooting
• Strong proficiency in JBoss/WildFly Administration, deployment management, datasource configuration, JVM tuning, and issue troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux Administration and Shell Scripting.
• Working knowledge of Temenos T24/TAFJ architecture, environment setup, deployment, COB support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Vulnerability Management & Security Patching across Linux, JBoss, Container Images, and Enterprise Applications. Knowledge of vulnerability remediation.
• Strong understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, High Availability, Resilience, and Production Support models
• Experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy/ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• T24/Transact, Kubernetes (SKE/AKS), Azure DevOps, Ansible, JBoss/WildFly, Linux/Unix, CI/CD, Vulnerability Patching, Infrastructure Support, Banking Domain Experience.
