Job summary

Acesoft Labs is looking for a Telecom Expense Management Analyst in Bangalore. This role requires 4+ years in telecom billing/expense management and experience with US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink). You will review invoices, resolve disputes, manage inventory, and generate spend/ROI reports.

The candidate should hold a finance/accounting degree and have strong Excel skills, with collaboration across Finance, Legal, Tax and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance/accounting.
• 4+ years in Telecom Expense Management / Telecom Billing.
• Experience with US-based telecom carriers (AT&T, Verizon, CenturyLink, etc.).
• Knowledge of chargeback procedures, accruals, and journal entries.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, macros, formulas, charts.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience in wireline/wireless inventory management and vendor coordination.
