Job summary

Net Connect seeks an experienced Telecom / Network professional to manage enterprise capacity planning, forecasting, circuit commissioning and carrier governance. You will optimize costs, oversee SLA/KPI governance, and coordinate with Network Operations to ensure robust, scalable WAN services across sites.

The ideal candidate has in-depth experience delivering telecom service delivery, capacity planning, and ISP management in complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Must possess enterprise WAN and MPLS/SD-WAN/Internet connectivity expertise.
• Strong telecom capacity planning and bandwidth forecasting skills.
• Experience with ISP/carrier management, circuit lifecycle, and cost control.
• Proven ability to govern SLAs/KPIs and vendor negotiations.
• Experience in network monitoring, reporting, and ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service delivery practices.
• Ability to coordinate with Network Ops and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of capacity dashboards and congestion risk identification.
• SLO/SLA governance and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive telecom capacity planning and bandwidth demand forecasting across enterprise WAN.
• Monitor capacity dashboards and identify congestion and performance risks.
• Lead circuit commissioning and telecom readiness for new sites and initiatives.
• Identify SPOFs, improve redundancy and network resiliency.
• Drive bandwidth right-sizing, circuit rationalization, and cost optimization.
• Manage ISP/carrier relationships, SLA/KPI reviews, escalations, and actions.
• Support compliance, audits, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Maintain telecom inventory, circuit diagrams, provider details, and SOPs.
• Collaborate closely with Network Operations and business stakeholders.
