Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)-

• Telecom OSS/BSS/channels, Java based Open Source technology stack, Containerization, Containerization Orchestration
• 5+ years of exp. in solution architect/design role.
• Strong experience in Telecom BSS domains: CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, Order Management.
• Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, SID, and Open APIs.
• Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation. Building and integrating information systems to meet the business requirements.
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and recommend solutions to improve it.
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
• Assessing the requirements & providing optimal effort estimates.
• Resolving technical problems as they arise. Cross-team orchestration and collaboration between ADM and Operations. Provides analysis of security protection as necessary.
• Should Have Hands on Technical Expertise on Java based Open Source technology stack, Containerization, Containerization Orchestration etc.

Ability to Performance Tuning of High Load Application, Thread, Heap Dump Analysis, Troubleshooting of Production issues based on data, logs, thread dumps etc
