Job summary

Comviva Technology in India is hiring an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of a next-generation Telecom CRM platform. You will shape scalable, cloud-native microservices capable of handling large transaction volumes.

You will define API standards using TM Forum Open APIs, design data models in MySQL, and drive deployment on Kubernetes while ensuring security and observability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development with at least 5 years in an architecture role.
• Telecom/BSS/OSS domain experience.
• Experience implementing TM Forum Open APIs.
• Kubernetes in production environments.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and EDA.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of a next-generation Telecom CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing highly scalable, high-throughput, cloud-native microservices capable of handling large transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture for a large-scale Telecom CRM platform.
• Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and horizontally scalable microservices.
• Build systems capable of handling high TPS (Transactions Per Second) and high-volume workloads with low latency.
• Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication.
• Establish API standards aligned with TM Forum Open APIs.
• Define database architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization strategies using MySQL.
• Drive cloud-native architecture and deployment strategies on Kubernetes.
• Define security, observability, logging, monitoring, and resiliency standards.
• Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to define integration patterns for React-based Micro Frontends.
• Lead architecture reviews, proof of concepts, and technology evaluations.
• Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, maintainability, and security requirements.
