Job summary

Hungry Bird IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Telecaller cum Receptionist for our villa project site in Hyderabad. Female candidates are preferred. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team.

Freshers or experienced candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Working days are six per week with Tuesday as a weekly off. Must be willing to work full-time on-site at the project site.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and WhatsApp
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills
• Strong follow-up and communication abilities required
• Candidates with real estate telecalling/reception experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing leads
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about the villa project
• Explain project details, location, amenities, and pricing
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective customers
• Welcome customers at the project site and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and visits
• Coordinate with sales/marketing for lead management
• Handle front-office and reception activities
• Maintain a professional reception area

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly female candidate for the position of Telecaller cum Receptionist at a premium villa project site. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, coordinating site visits, welcoming customers, and supporting the sales team in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
