Job summary

Axon Developers in Gurgaon is seeking a dynamic Tele-caller to join our real estate sales team. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential buyers, and drive conversions.

The role requires strong Hindi and English communication, CRM familiarity, and the ability to schedule site visits, follow up on leads, and work with field sales to close deals. Office-based, Sundays included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer support.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with digital campaign leads from Google, Meta & other platforms.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, location and property preferences.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities and USPs.
• Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and call updates in CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate closely with field sales teams to improve site-visit conversions.

• Explain project details, pricing, amenities and USPs.
• Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and call updates in CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate closely with field sales teams to improve site-visit conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer support.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
• Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic MS Excel/spreadsheets.
• Persuasive, confident, patient and target-oriented.

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month, depending on experience and profile

Working: Comfortable working on Sundays
