Job summary

Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited is seeking a Tele Counsellor (Domestic) for Gurgaon. The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with experience in outbound calling or telesales, to engage with prospective students and guide admissions.

You will handle outbound calling, lead qualification, and counseling, maintaining records and coordinating with teams to ensure a positive customer journey. Full-time, with a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred.
• Undergraduates with 12th pass are eligible.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Counsel customers regarding courses/services and resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
• Counsel customers regarding courses/services and resolve their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with interested candidates to maximize conversions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate preferred.
• Undergraduates are also eligible (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand).

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in Outbound Telecalling, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Experience Required: 6 Months to 8 Years in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday Fixed Off
