Capgemini Engineering in India invites an experienced Telco AI and Data Engineering specialist to architect end-to-end telecom network solutions across RAN and Core (2G/3G/4G/5G), BSC/BTS, and IP Transport, leveraging data and AI foundations.

You will lead data-driven modernization, contribute to presales, and drive autonomous network initiatives, in a dynamic, global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 9-12 years of experience in Telecom Analytics and Data Engineering.
• Strong knowledge across RAN, Core Networks, BSC, BTS, MSC, EPC, 5GC, Packet Core, Circuit-Switched Core, and IP Transport.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end telecom network solutions across RAN, Core (2G/3G/4G/5G), BSC/BTS, packet-switched, and circuit-switched domains.
• Design data and AI foundations that enable autonomous network capabilities including closed-loop assurance, self-optimizing networks, and intent-based automation.
• Lead presales activities including solution architecture, technical proposals, effort estimation, costing, and customer presentations.
• Drive greenfield architecture initiatives and modernization of legacy telecom platforms and data ecosystems.
