Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced OSS Solution Design & Development Expert in Chennai and Bangalore to lead large-scale OSS transformation programs. You will bring 15–20 years of telecom OSS architecture, solution design, and system integration expertise across Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory, Network Configuration, and Automation.

The role emphasizes end-to-end design and strong API-driven integration.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in telecommunications OSS architecture, solution design, system integration, and large-scale OSS transformation programs.
• Deep expertise across OSS domains including Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Network Configuration, Fault & Performance Management, Service Orchestration, Network Automation, and OSS/BSS Integration.

Responsibilities

• Define OSS transformation strategies and target-state architectures.
• Lead end-to-end OSS solution design covering Inventory, Fulfillment, Assurance, Planning, Configuration, and Network Automation domains.
• Architect Order-to-Activate, Trouble-to-Resolve, and Service Lifecycle Management workflows.
• Lead OSS/BSS integration programs using industry-standard APIs and integration frameworks.

• Highly experienced OSS Solution Design & Development Expert (Subject Matter Expert) with 15–20 years of experience in telecommunications OSS architecture, solution design, system integration, and large-scale OSS transformation programs.
• Possess deep expertise across OSS domains including Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory Management, Network Configuration, Fault & Performance Management, Service Orchestration, Network Automation, and OSS/BSS Integration.
