Job summary

Qural Talent Nexus is seeking skilled Modelers proficient in Tekla Structures to create accurate 3D structural steel models and detailed shop/erection drawings for US-based projects in accordance with AISC standards.

Key tasks include modeling, preparing shop and GA drawings, detailing connections, generating BOMs, and coordinating with checkers. Senior/Lead roles may require guiding junior modelers. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Tekla Structures modeling experience.
• Knowledge of AISC standards and US detailing practices.
• Ability to interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
• Detailing of bolt and weld connections.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures based on design drawings and specifications
• Prepare accurate shop drawings, erection drawings, and GA drawings
• Detail structural connections (bolted and welded) as per AISC standards
• Generate bolt lists, material lists, and bill of materials from the model
• Coordinate with checkers and team leads to resolve queries and incorporate revisions
• Ensure models are clash-free and coordinated with other disciplines
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Guide and support junior modelers (for Sr./Lead Modeler roles)
