Job summary

One97 Communications Limited in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a TechOps specialist to troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify defects and implement robust solutions, while learning quickly across overlapping tasks.

The role requires strong Linux knowledge, shell scripting, SQL, and exposure to AWS, Java, and REST APIs, along with familiarity with DNS/HTTP(S)/SSH/FTP/SMTP protocols.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years experience into TechOps role.
• Good knowledge of Linux environment and having an idea about shell scripting.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Basic knowledge of AWS.
• Basic knowledge of Java.
• Rest API working experience to execute curl, analysing request and response, HTTP codes etc.
• Should be familiar with regular networking protocols (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP) and its use cases.
