Job summary

Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is seeking a Technology & Transformation - OIDS Manager in Infrastructure for Kolkata. The role focuses on leading water supply projects, planning, and implementation across rural and urban settings with strong client and stakeholder interaction.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in water projects, with at least 5 years in leadership, and exposure to government or PPP programs.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a skilled Technical Team Leader cum Water Supply Engineer with more than 8 years of experience in working in large-scale water supply projects with minimum 5 years in managerial role.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in planning, designing, and implementing large-scale water supply projects.
• At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role in rural/urban water supply and sanitation projects.
• Proven experience in multi village/ cluster-based water supply schemes, surface water treatment plants, distribution networks, and O&M models.
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic modelling, DPR preparation, contract management, and quality assurance.
• Experience working with government programmes, donor/World Bank/ADB supported projects, or PPP models will be preferred.
• Preference will be given for having Experience in working with PHE Department / Rural water Supply Department of State Govt or DDWS of Central Govt.
