Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, seeks a process engineer to lead technology transfer and scale-up of API manufacturing from R&D to commercial production.

You will prepare and review tech transfer and process engineering docs, perform scale-up calculations, run what-if studies, and support deviations, CAPA and process optimization with cross-functional teams.

Strong focus on safety, process validation and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute technology transfer and scale-up of API manufacturing processes from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
• Prepare and review technology transfer, scale-up and process engineering documents.
• Evaluate lab processes, conduct scale-up calculations, what-if studies, and process trials.
• Conduct HazOp/PHA studies and ensure process safety measures.
• Prepare material & energy balances, process cost analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Assess manufacturing capacity and develop capacity enhancement plans.
• Prepare CAPEX documents, PFDs, P&IDs and basic engineering packages.
• Support production in deviation investigation, troubleshooting, CAPA and process optimization.
• Monitor process validation batches and maintain technical data for archival.
• Develop and implement solvent and catalyst recovery/recycling processes to improve yield, cost and sustainability.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Safety, Engineering and SRP teams for successful project execution
