Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Technology Support Engineer to act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system. You will resolve incidents, implement RFCs, and support knowledge base updates to enable effective troubleshooting, collaborating with vendors and service management teams.

The role requires solid networking and security operations skills, a 15-year education, and the ability to operate in a 24x7 rotation, with strong communication to keep clients informed.

Qualifications

• Mandatory basic networking skills: routing and switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Must to have skills: Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Prisma Access, Forti-SASE, Cisco ISE, F5 Load Balancers.
• Good to have skills: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD.
• Good to have knowledge: Cloud Networking, Automation, Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools and firewall technologies.

• Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies and malware detection systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and network security best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
• Hands-on Experience with security monitoring tools.
