Job summary

Accenture Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Technology Support Engineer to resolve incidents across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. You will create and implement RFCs, update knowledge bases, and collaborate with vendors and service management teams.

The candidate will contribute to technical planning, design, development/integration, and verification of AVD environments, with emphasis on cloud concepts, AVD deployments, and Day-to-Day activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and related technologies.
• Experience with VDI management, patching, and provisioning.
• Familiarity with Intune and M365 Cloud PC concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot VDI infrastructures end-to-end.
• Plan and execute VDI upgrades and migrations.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue analysis and resolution.
• Handle RFCs and update knowledge base articles.

Summary

The Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer will contribute to technical planning, design, development/integration, and verification/validation of customer s AVD environment. understanding of Cloud Concepts, AVD deployments and handling Intune Infrastructure and Day-to-Day activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge in Managing and troubleshooting of VDI infrastructures. Have performed VDI upgrades and VDI migration from planning through implementation.
• Knowledge on Citrix and Horizon Environment will be added advantage
• VDI Patch Management and policies configuration.
• Managing VDI license migrations and renewals.
• Strong background with Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Policy Management
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders internal and external to deliver high customer expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must have skill: Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop, M365 Cloud PC/Intune/other EMM solution and MECM. PowerShell scripting, DevOps terraform knowledge.
• Good to have skill: Citrix, Azure AVD, Cloud PC, SCCM Co-Management, VDI Management
• Understand Azure Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Desktops
• Plan Deployment of Hostpools, AppGroups,
• Expertise in FSLogix Profiles, FSLogix App Masking
• Ability to deploy Automation Runbooks
• Familiarity with Azure Automation Accounts
• Indepth Understanding of Azure Active Directory

• Knowledge on AVD monitoring (bot Microsoft native tools and market leading monitoring products)
• Ability to create Azure Monitoring alerts, Manage Key vaults, Storage accounts, In depth understanding of deploying Azure Files and NetApp Files
• Must have deployed Azure virtual networks, VPN gateways and have an in depth understanding of Network configurations on Azure.

Additional Information

• AZ-900 Certification desirable or willing to achieve the certificate in desirable time.
• AZ-140 Certificate will be an advantage.
