Neurealm Company is seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer/Architect in Chennai for 8-12 years of MS Modern Workplace experience. The role focuses on identity, endpoint management, Azure, M365, and Intune, with L2/L3 support and on-call rotations. Strong scripting and automation capabilities are required to enhance operations.

US shift timings apply, and the candidate should be able to lead design reviews and architecture decisions across enterprise environments.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 support and technical leadership for enterprise workplace technologies.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex production incidents.
• Architect secure identity, endpoint management, and cloud solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support Microsoft Intune device lifecycle management, application deployment, compliance policies, and security controls.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related administrative functions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver technology initiatives and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modern Workplace Engineer / Architect to lead the administration, support,

design, and architecture of Microsoft's modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep

technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint

management, while also providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for critical enterprise environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, automation, and solution design capabilities, with the ability to architect

scalable and secure solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
