Job summary

Aarushi Infotech is seeking a seasoned Technology Strategy leader to drive cross-functional conversations and align enterprise priorities with the corporate strategy. You will translate market trends into actionable insights for decision-makers and shape long-term priorities across business units and technology domains.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, telecom and digital ecosystems, plus strong communication skills to engage executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.

• Facilitate alignment between cross functional teams, business units, and technology domains to shape long term strategic priorities.
• Translate global technology trends, market shifts, and internal capabilities into actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Ensure that the technology strategy is directly connected to stc’s corporate strategy taken into consideration internal and external growth ambitions.
• Continuously assess the technology landscape to identify opportunities that accelerate the company’s transformation and competitive advantage.
• Integrate business architecture, capability models, and operating-model changes into cohesive strategic choices that steer the organization.
• Develop a clear, compelling, and practical technology strategy that connects innovation, investment decisions, and execution roadmaps.
• Communicate the strategy effectively to executives, sector leaders, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and organizational commitment.
• Champion the adoption of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring buy-in and consistent implementation across the enterprise.
• Serve as the primary advocate for strategic technology direction in governance forums, investment committees, and cross-sector alignment discussions.
• Translate corporate guidance and principles into GTU business plans.
• Monitor adoption and refresh GTU technology strategy.
• Knowledge in one or more strategy development frameworks.
• Increasing the influence on the corporate.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Business Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related domains.
• Relevant experience in Telecom, IT & ICT domains.
• Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies across enterprise environments.
