Job summary

Aarushi Infotech is seeking an experienced Business/Enterprise Architect to shape and govern the organization’s architecture practice in Hyderabad. You will collaborate with business units and technology teams to define current and future state architectures that align with strategic objectives.

The role requires deep telecom and ICT domain knowledge, 12+ years of relevant experience, and certifications in TOGAF or tmForum.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or related domains.
• Experience in Telecom, IT, and ICT domains with telecom technologies.
• TOGAF and tmForum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current-state and future-state business architecture and ensure an enterprise view.
• Translate the organization’s long-term strategy into actionable architectural guidance across domains.
• Use capabilities as the foundation for transforming programs, investments, and roadmaps.
• Provide expert input to guide new initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Act as a steward of business architecture artifacts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.

• Work closely with business units to develop new and emerging technology use cases.
• Develop and maintain the current-state and future-state business architecture, ensuring a coherent and connected enterprise view.
• Understand the organization’s long-term strategic direction and translate it into actionable architectural guidance across all domains.
• Use capabilities as the foundation for structuring transformation programs, investment discussions, and enterprise roadmaps.
• Provide expert architectural input to guide new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the target business architecture and organizational priorities.
• Act as a steward of business architecture artifacts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility across the organization.
• Deliver an annual technology and business trends assessment to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
• Offer a cross-organizational, enterprise-wide perspective to leadership teams, supporting informed prioritization and alignment.
• Enable stakeholders to understand the business architecture’s value in shaping digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and technology units to ensure alignment and shared understanding of strategic goals.
• Drive consensus on architectural decisions and clarify how business architecture supports and accelerates change across the organization.
