Job summary

Aarushi Infotech seeks an experienced Senior Architect to shape the organization's business and enterprise architecture. You will collaborate with business units to define current and future state architectures and translate strategy into actionable guidance across domains.

Lead capability-based transformation programs, enterprise roadmaps, and investment discussions while maintaining accurate artifacts and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, or related domains.
• Relevant experience in Telecom, IT, and ICT domains.
• Experience working with telecom technologies and emerging technology use cases.
• Certifications such as tmForum Certified and TOGAF Certified are valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the current-state and future-state business architecture, ensuring a coherent and connected enterprise view.
• Understand the organization’s long-term strategic direction and translate it into actionable architectural guidance across all domains.
• Use capabilities as the foundation for structuring transformation programs, investment discussions, and enterprise roadmaps.
• Provide expert architectural input to guide new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the target business architecture and organizational priorities.
• Act as a steward of business architecture artifacts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility across the organization.
• Deliver an annual technology and business trends assessment to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making.
• Offer a cross-organizational, enterprise-wide perspective to leadership teams, supporting informed prioritization and alignment.
• Enable stakeholders to understand the business architecture’s value in shaping digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and technology units to ensure alignment and shared understanding of strategic goals.
• Drive consensus on architectural decisions and clarify how business architecture supports and accelerates change across the organization.
