PwC Bangalore is seeking a Technology Reporting Analyst, Senior Associate, to join our Acceleration Center India. You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver data-driven insights and reporting.

You will apply advanced analytics to extract actionable insights from large datasets and support decision-making, while building client connections and guiding junior team members.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with 4–9 years of experience in technology reporting.
• Proficient in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling.
• English proficiency and strong communication skills.

As a Technology Reporting Analyst- Senior Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data‑driven decision‑making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

Responsibilities

• - Support the development and delivery of technology operational reporting, dashboards, insights, and governance materials across Tech Hub
• - Build and refine operational reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and decision support
• - Develop proof of concepts and automation solutions to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve operational effectiveness
• - Use AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve data analysis, reporting quality, process efficiency, and insight generation
• - Apply financial acumen to incorporate relevant financial metrics into operational performance reporting and management insights
• - Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, reduce waste, and strengthen operational disciplines
• - Support preparation of high-quality presentations, papers, and reporting packs for governance forums, Technology Leadership, and other stakeholders
• - Partner with Finance, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate operational and financial data into clear insights and recommendations
• - Ensure reporting outputs, automation artefacts, and performance insights are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned to leadership expectations

What You Must Have

• - Any Graduate
• - At least 4-9 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
