Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an experienced Operations Reporting & Insights Lead - Manager to drive data-driven decision making across a diverse client portfolio. You will own projects, validate planning, budgeting and delivery, and mentor a team to deliver high-quality insights.

Lead with integrity and collaborate with Finance, Technology teams and governance stakeholders, using advanced analytics, automation and AI tools to enhance reporting quality and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in technology operations or reporting.
• Proficiency in English, oral and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

As an Operational Reporting & Insights Lead - Manager, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of technology operational reporting, dashboards, insights, and governance materials across Tech Hub
• Build and refine operational reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and decision support
• Develop proof of concepts and automation solutions to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve operational effectiveness
• Use AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve data analysis, reporting quality, process efficiency, and insight generation
• Apply financial acumen to incorporate relevant financial metrics into operational performance reporting and management insights
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, reduce waste, and strengthen operational disciplines
• Support preparation of high-quality presentations, papers, and reporting packs for governance forums, Technology Leadership, and other stakeholders
• Partner with Finance, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate operational and financial data into clear insights and recommendations
• Ensure reporting outputs, automation artefacts, and performance insights are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned to leadership expectations

What You Must Have

• Any Graduate
• At least 8-14 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Experience in technology operational reporting, performance reporting, business operations, or governance support within a technology environment
• Ability to build, manage, and continuously improve reporting processes, dashboards, metrics, and insight packs
• Experience developing proof of concepts, automation opportunities, and process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve reporting quality
• Ability to utilise AI-enabled tools to support analysis, reporting, automation, process improvement, and insight generation
• Financial acumen, including the ability to incorporate financial metrics into operational performance reporting and management insights

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with Technology teams, Finance, governance stakeholders, and business partners
• Ability to prepare clear, high-quality reporting packs, presentations, and governance materials for management and leadership audiences
• High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communications
• An experienced technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice, influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions.
• Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement.
