Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Technology Reporting Analyst- Senior Associate to drive insights from large data sets and support data-driven decisions across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will build dashboards, automate reporting, and apply analytical methods in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4–9 years of experience, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset to guide junior team members and partners in delivering high-quality

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of technology operational reporting, dashboards, insights, and governance materials across Tech Hub
• Build and refine operational reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and decision support
• Develop proof of concepts and automation solutions to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve operational effectiveness
• Use AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve data analysis, reporting quality, process efficiency, and insight generation
• Apply financial acumen to incorporate relevant financial metrics into operational performance reporting and management insights
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, reduce waste, and strengthen operating disciplines
• Support preparation of high-quality presentations, papers, and reporting packs for governance forums and leadership
• Partner with Finance, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
• Ensure reporting outputs and insights are accurate, well-controlled, and aligned to leadership expectations

As a Technology Reporting Analyst- Senior Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.

• High attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting, analysis, and stakeholder communications


• A technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice to others.


• Ability to solve more complex task problems leveraging basic experience, analysis, specific guidance provided and judgement.


• Ability to provide daily direction and supervision for more junior members of the team (if applicable).
