Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead large transformation initiatives in Treasury/Trading domains. Knowledge of trading platforms (Murex/Flexcube) and integration with exchanges, market data, and settlement workflows will be advantageous.

You will oversee design, testing, and implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure PM framework adherence while leveraging SQL, Java/.NET, Oracle, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant domains.
• Project Management experience on large scale initiatives.
• Experience in Application Support Management.
• Experience in large transformation projects (Treasury/Trading).
• Knowledge of trading platforms with Murex or Flexcube is a plus.
• Working knowledge of trading systems, FX systems, and Treasury products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience integrating with exchanges.
• FIX protocol knowledge.
• International market data integration andSettlement/reconciliation.
• Position and cash management, margin trading.
• Integration with core banking and subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.
• Reporting of Project status under the assigned scope of work.
• Ensure the project management framework, stage gates for the projects are followed and the artifacts are maintained in the Central Project repository.
• Communicate with different stakeholders, internal, client and change teams to share information.
• Ability to perform Business Analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Create clear and structured documentation (BRD, FSD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards.
• Ability to run queries on SQL and interpret data.
• Microsoft Project/ Scrum/Kanban along with complete knowledge of waterfall model as well.
• Java/Dotnet/Oracle database.
• Proficient in Excel.
