Job summary

Zinnov is establishing a new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru to advance enterprise testing platforms for a global MedTech client. You will lead design, implementation, and operation of scalable testing services across multiple stacks, partnering with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.

You will drive roadmaps, best practices, and team development while ensuring efficiency, reliability, and regulatory alignment in a dynamic, matrixed global organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise testing platforms.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD.

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Manager, Testing Platforms on behalf of a Global MNC MedTech client a company where technology sits at the center of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care.

This role is part of the company's establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation, and innovation for its global operations, contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise testing platforms that support automated, scalable, and reliable testing across multiple technology stacks.
• Own the testing platform roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives, developer needs, and enterprise technology standards.
• Partner with application, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate testing capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Establish and promote best practices for test automation, test data management, environment management, and quality metrics.
• Manage platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency, ensuring services meet defined SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, clearly communicating platform capabilities, adoption guidance, and value delivered to the organization.

Required

• 8+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise testing platforms, including automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, DevOps concepts, and cloud-based platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of test automation tools, APIs, and quality engineering practices across distributed systems.
• Ability to translate business and developer needs into scalable platform solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing roadmaps, budgets, and vendor relationships within an enterprise IT environment.
• Proven people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills in a matrixed, global organization.

Preferred

• Experience supporting large-scale developer experience or platform engineering initiatives.
• Exposure to regulated environments such as medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with Agile and scaled Agile delivery models.
• Experience driving organizational adoption of new platforms or engineering standards
