Concentrix is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager in Bengaluru to lead a large-scale .NET full-stack engineering team, owning end-to-end delivery, engineering excellence, and people leadership.

You will work with business and product stakeholders, architects, and global teams to build scalable, secure digital solutions and drive modernization toward modern .NET and cloud-native architectures.

Formación

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering management / technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on background in .NET/C# full-stack development.
• Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, microservices and modern front-end technologies.
• Provide technical direction across application architecture, design, development, integration, testing and deployment.
• Drive modernization of legacy applications toward .NET 8/9+, cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Proven experience managing large engineering teams.
• Experience working with global/distributed engineering organizations.
• Own delivery across multiple products/projects and engineering teams.
• Ensure predictable delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs: Sprint predictability, Defect leakage, Code quality, Automation coverage, Deployment frequency, Lead time, Production incidents, technical debt.
