Job summary

Crew Kraftorz LLP is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of scalable, secure, high-performance applications on .NET and AWS. The role combines technical excellence with Agile leadership to mentor teams and drive architectural decisions.

You will oversee architecture, code quality, cloud deployment, and cross-functional coordination, fostering continuous improvement and strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs and MVC.
• Deep AWS solutions and cloud deployment knowledge.
• Proven SAFe Agile delivery leadership and Scrum of Scrums experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across .NET + AWS stack.
• Oversee full SDLC – planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum Masters to drive Agile delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile principles, PI planning and system demos.
• Review and contribute to cloud-native solution architectures and CI/CD practices.
• Promote engineering excellence and remove blockers in fast-paced delivery.

We are hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications built on .NET and AWS. This leadership role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, Agile delivery experience (preferably SAFe Agile), and a passion for mentoring engineering teams. You will oversee architecture, code quality, cloud deployment, and cross-functional coordination while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, MVC

Deep understanding of AWS services - Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools - Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform

SAFe Agile Certified (SA, SPC) - must have

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer

Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and technical team leadership

Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus

Experience working in distributed and global team environments

Key Responsibilities:
